KOSGEB Employment Protection Support Program
KOSGEB is launching the Employment Protection Support Program to help Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) maintain their workforce. This new support program is designed for SMEs operating in critical manufacturing sectors such as textiles, furniture, leather, and apparel. Under the program, businesses that meet the eligibility criteria will receive non-repayable support of 2,500 TL per employee for every 30 premium days.
This support aims to ensure workforce continuity in the sector, sustain economic vitality, and ease the financial burden on businesses. The program, which seeks to mitigate the negative impact of global economic fluctuations and sectoral uncertainties on SMEs, will help businesses maintain their current employment levels and prevent job losses.
Program Details:
This new support program by KOSGEB covers businesses operating in labor-intensive manufacturing industries. Businesses that maintain the average monthly number of SGK premium days for employees recorded in the last quarter of 2024 throughout 2025 will receive non-repayable support of 2,500 TL per employee per month.

Who Can Benefit?
This support program is available to SMEs that operate in manufacturing sectors supported by KOSGEB and whose headquarters or branch complies with the following NACE codes:
- 13 - Manufacture of Textiles
- 14 - Manufacture of Wearing Apparel
- 15 - Manufacture of Leather and Related Products
- 31 - Manufacture of Furniture
To be eligible for this support, businesses must have their primary activities in the relevant sectors as of December 31, 2024.
Application Dates:
- Applications for support will be accepted between January 31 – March 31, 2025.
